Hilary Valine [email, contact] is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also a YogaFit, Stott Pilates and PilatesFit instructor. With this education comes a knowledge in health, fitness, nutrition and mind body connection working all parts together to make the best you. Hilary has always had a love of fitness and a desire to pass on what a healthy body and mind can do. She uses her passions to help you exercise and eat to the person you want to be.

Hilary and family moved to Kansas City early in 2008. She is a wife and mother and understands how difficult it can be to make time for yourself. Hilary believes that when you take time for yourself you become a better person inside and out!


Nicole Andrade[email, contact] is a Stott Pilates instructor, located in Lincoln, California (a suburb of Sacramento). At present Nicole is Pilates Mat trained for personal and group sessions.
