Hilary is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Trusting the certifying authority is extremely important when selecting a trainer. Always ask a trainer who certified them
and do your research. NASM is the global leader in certification, continuing education,
solutions and tools for the health, fitness, sport performance and sports medicine professionals. Today
NASM serves more than 100,000 members in 80 countries.
Your first meeting with Hilary is a FitBody Analysis devoted to assessing your fitness level,
body measurements, exercise, health history, posture analysis and determining your fitness goals.
You need to be ready to step on the scale and to have your body mass and fat measured. Also, be ready
to answer any questions about the goals you wish to achieve. This first meeting is crucial in keeping
track of your progress and accountable in the future.
At our first official session you participate in a program specially designed for you and your
posture. We start our session with cardio to get your heart pumping and your muscles warm, then we work
with mild stretches to get our muscles ready. Next we proceed to strength training, working all major
muscle groups. Finally we cool down and do deep stretches working on flexibility.
We also offer private yoga and Pilates training.
You will meet with Hilary in a private setting one-on-one, with a friend, or spouse. You need to bring
nothing. All equipment you need to reach your goals is provided.
Hilary gives you guidance on losing weight, nutrition or just feeling better in your own skin.
