NASMHilary is a certified YogaFit trainer. YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.

A YogaFit class progresses in phases. Warm-up, work phase, and deep stretching. This is to aid in comfort and provide a safe and effective class to all students. You flow from one pose to the next. Yoga is for all. Whether you are a beginner or advanced you will be able to find a YogaFit class that fits your needs. All classes are held in a non-judgmental, non-competitive environment. We strive to "make the pose fit the body, not the body fit the pose."
